Only bookings made with a credit/debit card guarantee will be confirmed.
The card will be authorised prior to arrival. If the card cannot be authorised, it will be charged for the first night for each room reserved. Booking’s may not be honoured if the card is unable to be authorised/charged or invalid.
Guest’s may cancel their reservation free of charge two days prior to the arrival date.
All cancellations should be confirmed to us in writing by email and should be received before 23:59 (GMT), two days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation requests received thereafter will be subject to first night's accommodation charge at the confirmed rate for each room reserved.

When we receive the 'Advance Rate' booking, the total amount of each room will be charged in full to your credit/debit card on the same day the reservation is made.
'Advance Rate' bookings are NON CANCELLABLE, NON REFUNDABLE and NON EXCHANGEABLE.
'Advance Rate' bookings are not commissionable and not available for agents, groups or tour operators.
The card and cardholder must be present upon arrival with ID for verification. If the credit/debit card cannot be produced, alternatively a second payment can be made at Check-In by a different method and the original card will be refunded.
