Wish we had time to stay longer
we were in Lupus House annex, quiet, clean. Staff helpful and obliging. We could leave our bags in storage on arrival and before departure on bus. Pimlico such a nice area, handy little shops nearby and restuarants. Also handy fro Victoria Coach Station

Overall our stay was great the room was very clean and the staff was quite helpful.
Liked >> As an American I would have liked bacon or sausage to go with the eggs and toast. Would have liked to have either decaf tea or coffee offered.
Disliked >> Was hard to adjust the heat as the controls were at the bottom of the heater and behind the headboard.

Liked >> Breakfast was basic although no complaint as it was free. Hotel was clean in all areas. During check in we had to give a cash deposit payment, was told this was to cover us against damages,in my opinion we should have been made aware of this during booking and not at check in. All in all I would recommend

Liked >> The single room, though on the small side, was comfortable and clean. Staff were more professional, yet a tad stand-offish. The location is perfect in a quiet area with tube nearby.

Great location and good breakfast but too tight room accommodation and real weak shower.
Liked >> Location was great. Breakfast was goos. The room had two things that were disappointing: the size was extremely tight, couldn't hardly move around; and the shower head was a bad joke as it gave a trickle down of water that could hardly provide the experience of a shower.
Disliked >> A larger room and a shower that actually provided enough water to be called a shower.
