With COVID-19 affecting many countries, we at the Sidney Hotel would like to assure all our guests that we have implemented very strict measures and have adhered to all the advice given by the UK Government and World Health Organisation. The well-being of our guests and our staff is our main priority and we are diligently adhering to all our health and safety guidelines where staff members are asked to wash their hands with soap and water and use sanitiser before each service. To help you to adjust your travel plans in light of the ongoing health situation, we have put in place exceptional measures.
If you have already booked your stay with us, for a trip before 14th April 2020, we will honour your cancellation request free of charge including for Advance bookings. Advance rate reservations made since 01st March 2020 won’t be amended/cancelled until further notice.
For stays from 14th April 2020 onwards, we do not accept any cancellations for Advance Bookings until further notice.
