'Internet Rate' Terms and Conditions:
Only bookings made with a credit/debit card guarantee will be confirmed.
The card will be authorised prior to arrival.
If the card cannot be authorised, will be charge for the first night for each room reserved.
Booking may not be honoured if the card is unable to be authorised/charged or invalid.
Our Cancellation Policy is 48 hours prior to arrival by 10:30am.
All cancellations should be confirmed to us in writing by fax or email and should be received before 10:30am, 2 days before arrival date.
Cancellation requests received thereafter will be subject to first night's accommodation charge at the confirmed rate for each room reserved.
PLEASE NOTE RATES ARE NON COMMISSIONABLE.
‘Advance Rate’ Terms and Conditions:
When we receive the ‘Advance Rate’ booking, the total amount of each room will be charged in full to your credit/debit card on the same day the reservation is made.
‘Advance Rate’ bookings are NON CANCELLABLE, NON REFUNDABLE and NON EXCHANGEABLE.
‘Advance Rate’ bookings are not commissionable and not available for agents, groups or tour operators.
